L'Art militaire de Napoléon

The purpose of this study is not to establish a new history of the Napoleonic wars, but to understand more closely, through the examination of its key campaigns or battles, the evolution and the features of Napoleon's military science.

The author describes, from a strategic point of view, the Italian campaign of 1796-1797, the Napoleonic innovations in the organization of the army, Austerlitz, the Russian campaign and finally Waterloo.
