Dal Diario di un borghese

Bianchi Bandinelli in 1938 because of his language skills committed to accompany the State visit of Hitler in Italy. As a tourist guide through Rome and Florence he came during a week the two dictators as close as a few. In addition to the trenchant descriptions of this trip, which are written in disgust, wonder and amusement, the volume also includes other texts by Bandinelli, including the description of a journey into exile in the Netherlands of Wilhelm II and visits in both parts of Germany in the 50s and 60s years.
